Graveyard Jigsaws
A selection of jigsaws featuring churchyards, graveyards and similar themes.
As you may know, I am a volunteer for Find a Grave and enjoy almost nothing more than researching a graveyard. I am always on the lookout for jigsaws featuring churchyards, graveyards, cemeteries and monuments, ideal for genealogists and family historians.
I expected there to be lots of jigsaws to choose from for this collection, but they were extremely difficult to find. Churches feature in many village scenes, but they never seem to show graves. I found plenty of haunted houses with a plethora of ghosts, ghouls and pumpkins, but this wasn't at all what I was looking for.
In the end, I had to broaden the search to include a wider range of village churches and remembrance designs. I particularly love Autumn Equinox and Secret Garden, which remind me of the peace and wildlife in a cemetery.
If you know of any suitable jigsaws to add to this collection, manufactured by a reputable company, please let me know (but nothing ghoulish or gothic please, that's not my style).
